MANUFACTURING PROCEDURE FOR CASCADE INJECTION

The cascade injection control assembly serves for controlling pneumatic cylinders which allow sequential injection of the mass into the injection molds. The entire cascade injection control process is dependent on the stroke of the injection piston.

General description : 

 

 
The KSV series is standardly supplied with the option of controlling 1-10 solenoid valves with a working pressure of up to 16 bar. These valves control the opening and closing of the pneumatic cylinders with the injection length and the position of the optical ruler according to the stroke of the piston of the injection mold. Possibility to open and close up to 3 positions for each pneumatic cylinder during one injection cycle. The optical ruler is located directly on the injection molding machine and records the machine's starting position, injection length and current position. KSV is equipped with touch screen LCD TFT 7 "touch-sensitive (color) panel. The entire process is controlled by the microcontroller. It provides control of operating and error conditions, as well as the possibility of reprogramming individual recipes. KSV software is developed for easy and intuitive operation and allows testing of individual recipes (programs) - a library with up to 10 recipes. Communication via Ethernet. The device is equipped with an alarm beacon that declares fault states, always in the event of a program change and its non-test, or Subsequent non-deposition. The KSV is designed to allow at least one pneumatic cylinder to be opened during the injection process throughout the injection stroke. Thanks to this solution, there is no possibility of overpressure and mold damage. Nozzles and hot gullies.
