The mold leakage testing device serves to verify the tightness of all joints in the maintenance or cleaning of the injection molds. At the customer's request, the ZTF molding device can be equipped with an el. A pulse pump or a system for connection to a central distribution of compressed air. General description :

The ZTF_VZ series is supplied as standard with a volume of a 20 liter stainless steel filling vessel, a mobile device for leak testing of injection molds. The device is connected to a central distribution of compressed air that provides pressure to the injection mold with water up to 6-7 [bar]. Test run control is manual. The device is equipped with a centrifugal pump which ensures flow of water in the circuit and pressure up to 2 bar. Pressure at 6 bar is provided by an expansion pressure vessel connected to the central air distribution. The pressure pattern is controlled via solenoid valves and pressure switches. For visual pressure, the device is equipped with a manometer. The ZTF_VZ is also equipped with a flow switch that indicates the status.
