ADSORPTION MOLECULAR DRYING UNITS

Adsorption molecular drying units are used for perfect drying of process air during drying of hygroscopic plastic granulate.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The devices of the AMS series are supplied as standard with a drying efficiency of 100 - 1200 l. The adsorption molecular drying units are designed as separate devices equipped with two adsorption cartridges. These cartridges are filled with an adsorbent material - SIV DRI molecular sieve. It is a material with a high ability to adsorb at low relative humidity. The device offers fully automatic operation, cycle switching, drying and regeneration. Also the possibility of connecting more hot air drying forces of the HSS type or LSS. Regeneration is provided by two independent heaters.
