COOLER FOR AMS
The cooler for the AMS series equipment serves to reduce the dew point and improve the drying of loose hygroscopic materials. The CHM device is an additional device to the adsorption molecular units.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The CHM series device is supplied as a supplementary device to adsorption molecular units. The cooler for the AMS device cools the degenerate process air, which has already undergone a drying cycle of less hygroscopic material, and significantly reduces the pressure dew point up to -60 ° C. When using a CHM cooler, the maximum drying temperature is set at 180 ° C. The CHM device is an all-stainless steel construction with a separately powered cooling circuit. Inside the device there is a cooling vessel with a volume of 7 l. The cooling circuit is supplied with water. When drying materials where it is not necessary to use the properties of the CHM device, it is possible to disconnect the cooler and connect the hose system outside the cooling circuit.
