The vacuum units are used as an external source of vacuum in the process of material conveying in the form of plastic granules, crumbs, powder and thus ensure vacuum air intake. According to the customer's wishes, the PJD device can be adapted to its specific conditions and parameters.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The PJD series devices are supplied as standard with a 2.2 - 7.5 kW pump, which ensures sufficient loading power needed for material conveying. Vacuum units serving as external vacuum sources that load in process air. They are connected at the inlet of the pump with a side line by a vacuum hose to a safety filter, which is a part of the vacuum unit. The safety filter prevents possible damage to the vacuum units, which can occur in the event of a filter unit failure. The vacuum units are mounted on frame structures and the pump is mounted on silent blocks to eliminate unwanted vibrations.
