Material loaders with an internal vacuum source are used to convey granules, crumbs and powder. According to the customer's wishes, the NIX device can be adapted to its specific conditions and parameters. 

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: 

The devices of the NIX series are supplied as standard with a volume of 2 l - 10 l in a stainless steel design with its own vacuum source. The material is supplied under vacuum by means of a high-speed motor with a bypass and a two-stage turbine. The whole process is controlled by a microcontroller with a four-line LCD display. It ensures the display of all operating, erroneous states and the current real-time indicator. The microcontroller allows easy setting of operating parameters. NIX loaders are also equipped with an automatic cleaning function, always at each loading cycle. Cleaning is ensured by a compressed air. Material permeation is ensured by a controlled airtight damper.
