HOT RUNNER CONNECTION CABLES
The hot runner connection cables are used to connect the hot runners together with the heating systems inside the injection mold and the external hot runner controllers. Hot runner connection cables are mainly made to order. According to the customer's wishes, the cables can be adapted to his specific conditions and parameters. The PKV series can be connected to the injection mold using two types of cabling, namely HASCO or DME.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Hot runner connection cables of the PKV series are standardized in lengths of 2 - 4 meters with division into two types of connections, namely the HASCO type or DME. In the case of the HASCO type, it is a question of connecting the compensation and power lines together into one cabling and a connector. One HASCO cable is designed for a maximum of 4-6 control zones depending on the number of pins. In the case of the DME type, it is a pair of cables, where one is a compensating line and the other a power line. They are designed for a maximum of 8-12 control zones depending on the number of pins. The vast majority it is custom production, where the customer determines the length, type of connection, type of terminals and covers with locking.
BENEFITS of PKV:
- Fitted in a flexible PVC protector with high protection against mechanical, thermodynamic and chemical damage
- Maximum shielding of the thermocouple line
