HOT AIR DRYING SILOS
The hot air drying silos are used for perfect drying of loose hygroscopic plastic granules and crumb. According to the customer's wishes, the HSS device can be adapted to its specific conditions and parameters.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The devices of the HSS series are supplied as standard with a volume of material silo 15 l - 1200 l. The hot air drying silos are controlled separately by a PID controller with the possibility of setting working parameters. They work in combination with the AMS series equipment, which ensures the drying of the process air. The process air is heated by a heater with regulation located directly on the HSS series device. The drying silos are structurally designed as double-case drying silos, where the outer and inner case are made of stainless steel and the filling is provided by thermal insulation. The frame of the device is equipped with castors, which allows easy handling and mobile movement.
