Units of NIX, NIX_AS and NVT series are designed for fast and undemanding underpressure conveying of granules, dust, and powder directly to the determined location.These series of material intakers manage to secure supply for other machines.Material intakers could be placed directly on drying units of HSS, LSS, KMS, SAS series oron the structure of injection moulding machine also. If large-capacity material conveying is necessary, material intakers of NIX_AS series could be placed on plodder lines.
MME_MATERIAL HOPPERS FOR INTAKERS
Units of MSV series are designed for mixing two materials with different characteristics.
Material hoppers for intakers enable collecting material in the space between intaker and injection moulding machine or plodder lines.
Units of MSV and MNE could be connected to any kind of intaker of NIX, NIX_AS or NEX series.
MSD_SPIRAL MATERIAL CONVEYORS
Units of SMC series are designed for conveying materials which could not be transferred by underpressure.They are used mainly for extreme bulk, dust and heavy materials.This series of spiral conveyors could be placed on any kind of drying units of HSS, LSS, KMS, SAS series or on the structure of injection moulding machine also.
The components of the central vacuum transport of the material are designed for fully automated operation of the production process. This is the transport of granulates, pulp or powder from central storage areas such as silos such as the MSL series equipment to individual processing sites. All central transport facilities will take care of the entire production process, the constant supply of the material and, therefore, trouble-free operation. The RJD Series Controller controls the entire central transport process. Vacuum units of the PJD series are used as external vacuum sources that draw technological air. The filter units of FJD are used to clean technological air. Vacuum valves of the PVT series are used to create vacuum under the material suction device. The NEX series assures the intake of granules, pulp and powder for subsequent processing. Any injector can be placed on any drying device, extruder lines. INS - Installation materials such as material interconnection stations MPS serve to create a central take-off point and to subsequently branching the sucked material. Material suction nozzle MSJ. The MPB and HAM pipe together with the PPB Vacuum Pipes and HAP hoses serve to overcome the horizontal and vertical distances of the sucked material and the intake of the technological air. Other elements of the OST central transport include elements that stabilize, anchor or otherwise complement each device.
