FILTRATION UNITS

Filtration units are used to clean the technological air during the process of material conveying in the form of plastic granules, crumbs, powder and thus prevent pollution of the vacuum suction air. According to the customer's wishes, the FJD device can be adapted to its specific conditions and parameters.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The devices of the FJD series are supplied as standard with a removable filter container with a volume of 50 - 75 l. The filter units clean the technological air and thus prevent damage to the vacuum units. FJDs are also equipped with an automatic filter cleaning function and a compressed air filter vessel. The cleaning cycle always occurs when the vacuum unit coasts or starts. In the case of a sufficient amount of conveyed material in material cyclones with an external vacuum source, the filter units are equipped with a relief valve, which ensures the deflection of the suction of the vacuum unit.
