GRAVImetric FEEDER
Gravimetric screw dyeing units with proven technology for measuring weight loss are designed for dosing color concentrates and additives into natural material. The additive material is added to the natural material stream during plasticization in injection molding machines or during extrusion in extrusion machines. It is installed directly on the neck of the injection unit or extruder under the hopper. They do not require any calibration of the material, the hopper with the material is placed on strain gauges, the loss of material is continuously weighed.
