MAGNETIC SEPARATORS SM

Magnetic separators are used to separate and capture very fine metal dust particles. Separators are made to order only. According to the customer's wishes, MGS separators can be adapted to his specific conditions and parameters.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

MGS series magnetic separators are designed for the separation of metallic magnetic paritcles from bulk materials. They are placed at the entrance or exit to the device according to the required technological procedure. They are made of very strong permanent magnets based on the precious metals NdFeB. These magnets have several times higher magnetic inductions than ferritic magnets. As a result, metal particles that would adversely affect the production process are trapped on the magnetic separator. The magnetic separator MGS SM of star construction represents the most economical way of separating ferromagnetic particles from the stream of material (regranulate, crumb, etc.) free-falling by the hopper of the injection molding machine.
