VOLUMETRIC DOSING UNITS

Volumetric dosing units are used for dosing plastic granules, crumb or powder in the form of dyes, additives or other admixtures into the base material. According to the customer's wishes, the VDJ device can be adapted to its specific conditions and parameters.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The VDJ series devices are supplied as standard with a brushless motor and a planetary gearbox with a gear ratio of 1:10 - 1: 200. The devices of the VDJ series are controlled by a digital control unit, which is equipped with a digital panel for setting process states. VDJ allows setting of sequential and continuous operation. Continuous operation can also be set in manual or automatic mode. The devices of the VDJ G series are intended for dosing granulate or crumb and for the dosing of powder the VDJ P series. The differences are in the material hoppers and in the dosing chambers. Where in the VDJ G series there is an all-stainless steel hopper with a volume of 3-10 l and in the dosing chamber there is a screw. In the VDJ P series, the hopper is vertical partly made of clear PMMA with a volume of 7 l and there is a spiral in the dosing chamber.
