POKA YOKE - Adsorption molecular drying units of the AMS AIO series (all in one) are used for perfect drying of process air and subsequently hygroscopic plastic granulate. AMS AIO uses the technology of adsorption of air humidity by means of an adsorption molecular sieve to dry the process air. AMS AIO devices work in combination with multifunctional modules AIO MODUL. The modules have an integrated hot air drying silo, material loaders and barcode material hopper. AMS AIO is driving and controlling for material loaders incl. vacuum source.

The AMS series devices are designed for high-capacity use. They use the technology of moisture absorption by means of an adsorption molecular sieve to dry the process air. Subsequent drying of the less hygroscopic plastic granulate, crumb or powder will be taken care of by the HSS hot air drying silo, or LSS equipment hot air drying silo for the press, which can be placed directly on the construction of injection molding machines or extruder lines. For faster and more efficient drying, a CHM cooler can be connected to the AMS, which reduces the dew point of degraded, hot process air.

The revolutionary patented technology of drying hygroscopic materials under vacuum brings extraordinary benefits to the processor. Vacuum dryers have been proven to dry out plastic materials 6 times faster than conventional dryers using dry air and consume up to 85% less energy. Short drying times in a vacuum dryer dramatically reduce the risk of material degradation. Due to the drying principle, no dew point control and no regular molecular sieve change is required.

HOT COMPRESSED AIR DRYING

KMS Series devices are designed to be placed directly on the construction injection molding machines or extruder lines and used for drying process air membrane drying technology. Molecules the water vapor is injected under pressure through the membranes and subsequently separated from the process air. It is further heated and blown into the strength of the KMS device itself, where it is being dried hygroscopic plastic granulate, pulp or powder.

 
 

 

HOT AIR DRYING

The SAS Series are designed for bulk and extreme abrasive hygroscopic materials. They use the material to dry circulation technology and subsequent heat recovery of the hot process air in the closed heating circuit. This heating circuit transmits heat energy through a horizontal heating pipe. Horizontal heating piping from stainless steel are placed in a desiccating material chamber and are in direct contact with dried bulk material. They achieve this solution drying aggregates of bulk materials very effective drying results a their operation is very economical.
