The Scara double-arm robots of the RP series are high-performance systems that have been specially developed for micromanipulation with a payload of 1 to 5 kg.
Compact robots with 4 degrees of freedom are ideal for micro-assembly of watches, mobile phones or hearing aids. The RP series includes three models for applications with loads from 1 to 5 kg.
The Mitsubishi Electric RP series convinces with its innovative concept, which is necessary for highly accurate and extremely fast applications. The robots are equipped with a unique double-arm structure, which allows a significant increase in production and quality improvement in micro-handling. Together with the ultra-compact SD control, the RP robot can be easily integrated into any small application. The RP series, like all MELFA robots, is equipped from the factory with all functions such as Ethernet, USB, Tracking connection and control of up to 8 other axes.

- Compact light weight: 12 kg light and installation area smaller than DIN A4 (RP-1ADH)
- Weight classes: Weight of the handled load 1 to 5 kg for various possible uses

- Connections: Pneumatic effectors, ethernet, USB, camera interface and 2 encoder connections and up to 8 additional axes as standard, optionally expanding input / output and fieldbus cards. Direct connection via Ethernet to GOT terminal and teaching box.
