POKA YOKE ADSORPTION MOLECULAR DRYING UNITS

POKA YOKE - Adsorption molecular drying units series AMS AIO (all in one) are used for perfect drying of process air and subsequently hygroscopic plastic granulate. AMS AIO uses the technology of adsorption of air humidity by means of an adsorption molecular sieve to dry the process air.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

AMS AIO work in combination with multifunctional modules AIO MODUL. The modules have an integrated hot air drying silo, material loaders and barcode material hopper. AMS AIO is driving and controlling for material loaders incl. vacuum source. Thanks to the ingenious design and integration of multiple devices into AIO MODULE and the connection to the AMS AIO, more efficient drying, fast and efficient transport of material from the dryer directly to the processing site and separation of unwanted dust particles was achieved. The device also includes safety lockable material hoppers with a bar code reader, which serve to eliminate the error of the human factor when filling material hoppers, or prevent the penetration of unwanted elements into the production process. The device as a whole can control the production process safely through the use of POKA YOKE functions.
