VACUUM VALVES

Vacuum valves are used to create a vacuum in a given material loader during the process of central material conveying and thus control the redirection of loading. According to the customer's wishes, the PVT device can be adapted according to its specific conditions and parameters or increase the number of possible outlets.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

PVT series devices are supplied as standard with a routing chamber with 2 - 4 outlets for subsequent connection to NEX series devices. Vacuum valves provide vacuum loading in a given material loader and determine loading redirection. Only one material loader is always active and at this moment the other loaders are inactive. Pneumatic pistons ensure the release of process air. The process air is loaded in under vacuum using a PJD series vacuum unit, which is part of the central conveying. The whole process is controlled by the RJD control unit.
