MATERIAL LOADER - VENTURI LOADER

Venturi loader is used to transport a small amount of granules, crumb, powder, dyes and additives. According to the customer's wishes, the NVT device can be adapted to its specific conditions and parameters.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The NVT series device is supplied as standard with a venturi loader and a diameter of 25 mm in a combination of stainless steel and aluminum material. The vacuum source is provided from the central air distribution. Due to the shape and use of the properties of the venturi loader, the pressure conditions change. A vacuum is created in the venturi loader, which ensures that the material is sucked into the device. The whole process is controlled by a timer with synchronization of the capacitive sensor. It ensures a constant supply of material according to current consumption. The device is equipped with a pocket filter and an alarm detector with sound and light signaling. Cleaning of the pocket filter is ensured by a compressed air.
