Magnetic separators are used to separate and capture very fine metal dust particles. Separators are made to order only. According to the customer's wishes, MGS separators can be adapted to his specific conditions and parameters.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

MGS series magnetic separators are designed for the separation of metallic magnetic particles from bulk materials. They are placed at the input or output to the device according to the required technological procedure. They are made of very strong permanent magnets based on the precious metals NdFeB. These magnets have several times higher magnetic inductions than ferritic magnets. As a result, metal particles that would adversely affect the production process are trapped on the magnetic separator. The MGS TM magnetic separator is designed in a classic cone hopper. Cleaning is performed by sliding the permanent neo magnets out of the stainless steel tubes, the trapped metal particles then fall off spontaneously.
