LOADERS WITH EXTERNAL VACUUM SOURCE

Material loaders with an external vacuum source are used to convey granules, crumbs and powder. According to the customer's wishes, the NEX device can be adapted to its specific conditions and parameters.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The devices of the NEX series are standard with a volume of 2 l - 25 l in a stainless steel design with an external vacuum source. The material is supplied under vacuum by means of a vacuum unit of the PJD series, which is a part of the central conveying. The whole process is controlled by the RJD control unit. The NEX is also equipped with an automatic cleaning function, always at each loading cycle. Cleaning is ensured by a compressed air. NEX loaders are equipped with a stainless steel sieve with 1.5 - 2 mm holes. In the case of powder conveying, the loader is equipped with a pocket filter. Material permeation is ensured by a controlled airtight damper.
