UNLOADING SYSTEM SWEEPER
DESCRIPTION:
Automatic emptyers of transport cardboard square boxes and octabins are designed for efficient vacuuming of material by vacuum system. They replace the complicated turning of the boxes with a special device or the problematic suction by the suction needle of the vacuum system, which is permanently attached to the inner foil insert or "drowned" in the material. The flexible suction attachment rotates and floats on the surface of the material, covering the entire surface, including the corners.
FUNCTIONS:
- 2 basic sizes with effective working height 1220 mm or 2130 mm
- For 1.5"/ 2" / 2.5" material suction hose
- Especially for granulate and crumb, but also special applications
- Autonomous automatic start of operation when vacuum is detected
- Balanced vertical arm without the risk of blocking rotation by material resistance
- Front spreading arm with ensuring a level of material
- Dual Sweeper with two stations and automatic switching from an empty hopper to a full hopper
- Optional versions for abrasive materials, box cover to prevent material contamination and alarm when emptying the hopper
