BLENDING VALVES

Material blending valves are used to blend two materials with different characteristics. According to the customer's wishes, the MSV device can be adapted to its specific conditions and parameters.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The devices of the MSV series are additional elements to the material loaders. They are supplied as standard with connection holes of 40 or 50 mm, depending on the type of loader. MSV ensures the blending of materials for better properties of the final products according to the supplier's specifications. The pneumatic valve is controlled by a microcontroller of the material loader. The source of compressed air is supplied from the central conveying to the pneumatic valve, which controls the pneumatic pistons and thus ensures the cycle of blending the material through the mixing chamber. MSV device can be connected to any NIX, NIX_AS or NEX loaders.
