The smallest of the Collaborative Robots - ideal for confined spaces
The Cobot CR-4IA is the smallest member of a series of cooperating robots, a six-axis with a payload of 4 kg. Like other colleagues in the series of cooperating robots, it can handle light tasks that are lengthy and require a high proportion of manual work. Due to its compactness, it can perform smaller jobs in places with limited space requirements. It is possible to install the robot on the wall or vice versa, thanks to which it has a wider range of motion without interfering with the operator's workspace.
Because the robot can take on these tedious tasks, the operator has the opportunity to focus on smarter work or more urgent matters. It is also possible to work with the robot on tasks that are more complex and require a more interactive approach (eg the robot manipulates the part and the operator takes care of quality control).
In addition to a compact, slim design, thanks to the safety stop function, it is able to work closely with people without the need for fencing. This special capability increases space availability, leading to significant cost savings.
