GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
MGS series magnetic separators are designed for the separation of metallic magnetic particles from bulk materials. They are placed at the input or output to the device according to the required technological procedure. They are made of very strong permanent magnets based on the precious metals NdFeB. These magnets have several times higher magnetic inductions than ferritic magnets. As a result, metal particles that would adversely affect the production process are trapped on the magnetic separator. The stainless steel separator of the MGS TM EKO series, in which the stainless steel cores are hermetically sealed, is polished, however, it does not have an easy cleaning system and therefore it is necessary to remove trapped Fe impurities manually (eg by wiping the grate surface). On the other hand, this version of the hopper magnet is equipped with the strongest existing neodymium magnets, generating an extremely high magnetic induction (around 12,000 G) on the separator surface.
