  • Expansion of production with peripherals dealing with mold tempering and material dosing

2006

  • Expansion of production with peripherals dealing with vacuum conveying
  • The first implementation of central conveying incl. all peripherals
  • Production of loaders with internal vacuum source and elements of central conveying

2008

  • Start of serial production of peripherals dealing with drying and dehumidifying of material
  • Cooperation as a supplier of peripherals to multinational companies in automotive

2009

  • Expansion of production with peripherals dealing with separation
  • Expansion of production with peripherals dealing with storage

2010

  • Relocation of the company / establishment to the premises of the industrial area in the village of Zašová
  • Creating a stable background for the production and development
  • Modernization of machinery for small-batch production (in-house)

2011

  • Expansion with a division dealing with custom production of single-purpose machines

2014

  • Relocation of the company / establishment to the premises of the industrial area in the village of Dolní Bečva
  • Creation of new production facilities and administration
  • Increasing production capacity

2015

  • Development of an innovative solution in the field of POKA YOKE system
  • The first integration of the UNIVERSAL ROBOTS Collaborative Robots

2016

  • Official certified system integrator of collaborative robots UNIVERSAL ROBOTS for the Czech Republic
  • Launch of the innovative AMS_AIO device (all in one)
  • Launch of the new KMS D_BOX product line - Compression membrane drying unit

2017

  • Start of production of the N_BOX device - Control unit with its own vacuum source

2018

  • Preferred system integrator for the FANUC brand in the field of collaborative and industrial robotics
  • Start of production of a new material transport system - central conveying device RJ20_AIO
  • Official distributor of the ONROBOT brand - accessories for collaborative robots

2019

  • Preferred system integrator for the MITSUBISHI brand in the field of collaborative and industrial robotics
  • New product line of LSS series equipment - Hot air drying silo for injection molding machines
  • Official distributor of clamping technology SCHUNK 
  • Total integration of 45 robotic units into industrial automation

2020

  • Termination of own production of tempering units of the TAG series and expansion of the portfolio with TOOL-TEMP - tempering and cooling devices
  • Termination of own production of hot runner regulators and conclusion of business cooperation with MOLD-MASTERS - the top in the field of hot runners 
  • Portfolio expansion with MAGUIRE brand products - equipment for drying, dosing, grinding and crushing
  • Start of business cooperation with the official representation of MODITEC - low speed and blade granulators 

 

We currently have established small series production focusing on peripherals for the plastics industry. Thanks to many years of experience, development and continuous improvement of our products, we are now one of the leading Czech manufacturers focusing primarily on conveying, drying and dehumidifying of materials. It has been 23 years since our company entered the market. During this period, we have built friendly and strong business relationships with our existing and newly established customers. We consider friendly negotiations and the possibility to flexibly adjust individual devices according to your wishes as a very important part and this is one of the main theses of our company.
