PREHEATING CAROUSEL FURNACES

Preheating carousel furnaces are used to preheat metal elements (inserts), designed for the process of pressing metal parts into a plastic case or molding. According to the customer's wishes, the PKP device can be adapted according to its specific conditions and parameters.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

PKP devices are supplied as standard with 4 - 12 swivel arms with electro-mechanical drive. These arms rotate in regular cycles at an angle of 90 ° - 30 ° and are designed for storing metal elements (inserts) on storage bases (ridges). The storage slots are always individual according to a predefined shape and parameters of the inserts. The interior of the furnace is equipped with heating elements, which ensure their own heating as well as forced circulation of hot air, for even temperature distribution. Temperature control is provided by PID controllers. To stabilize the temperature of the inserts, the device is equipped with reheating heating. The furnace storage space is equipped with side diffusers to eliminate heat leakage.
