This robot, with its unique motor and amplifier, is a suitable solution for applications that require high precision at high speeds. A large number of complex applications can be easily implemented in combination with other Mitsubishi devices, such as PLCs or servos.
The RV-F series represents the latest generation of MELFA robots. It is characterized by advanced technology and especially simple operation. The series includes RV-F-Q types for the iQ platform and also RV-F-D for stand-alone use.
The RV series offers a highly dynamic 6-axis robot with articulated arms for the highest level of quality. Cycle times of just 0.32 seconds increase your productivity and allow you to use the devices at the highest speeds. The double arm structure allows greater freedom of movement as well as greater stability and flexibility of use. Depending on the model, the robots can be loaded from 2 kg up to 70 kg with a range from 504 to 2055 mm. Work in a very small space with installation on the wall or. ceiling are no problem for the RV series. All systems up to 20 kg have the same compact robot control.
In addition, all systems are factory-fitted with integrated interfaces for Ethernet, USB, belt monitoring, camera and auxiliary axes, as well as arm end inputs / outputs and are therefore usable by more than 99.9%.
