CONTROL UNITS

The control units are used to control the process of central conveying of materials in the form of plastic granules, crumbs and powder. According to the customer's wishes, the RJD device can be adapted to its specific conditions and parameters.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The RJD series device is supplied as standard with a control microcontroller with a touch screen. It ensures the display of all operating, erroneous states and the current real-time indicator. The microcontroller allows easy setting of operating parameters. The device also includes a visual and audible alarm function in the event of a shortage of conveyed material in the hopper or material silos. The design and location of the RJD control unit housing can always be adapted to the customer's specific specifications. However, it is supplied as standard with anchor brackets for possible mounting to the building structure.
