Material loaders with an internal vacuum source with an asynchronous motor are used for large-capacity conveying of granules, crumbs and powder. According to the customer's wishes, the NIX AS device can be adapted to its specific conditions and parameters.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The devices of the NIX AS series are supplied as standard with a volume of 10 l - 25 l in a stainless steel design with its own vacuum source. The material is supplied under vacuum by means of a high-speed asynchronous motor for high-capacity suction. The whole process is controlled by a microcontroller with a four-line LCD display. It ensures the display of all operating, erroneous states and the current real-time indicator. The microcontroller allows easy setting of operating parameters. NIX AS vacuum cleaners are also equipped with an automatic cleaning function, always at each suction cycle. Cleaning is ensured by a shock of compressed air. Material permeation is ensured by a controlled airtight damper.
