Material dedusting cyclones are used to separate particles with a larger fraction of the extracted material. The device is supplied separately or in assembly with an air flow source, which is provided by a conveyor fan. According to the customer's wishes, the OPC device can be adapted to its specific conditions and parameters.
OPC devices are standardly manufactured with an air flow rate of 10 [m3 / min] - 200 [m3 / min] with an external air flow source. OPC cyclones use a conical shape and the principle of air flow to separate undemanding particles. For the collection of loaded material, the device is equipped with a separation vessel with a volume of 50 l (for OPC 10, OPC 30) and 150 l (for OPC 120, OPC 200). The separation vessel is circular in shape, equipped with wheels for mobile movement of the separated material. For the possibility of replacing the separated container, the device is equipped with a closing mechanical control in the form of a closing flap. The position of the flap is sensed by a sensor with acoustic signaling.
